Description

The International Conference Mathematical Modeling and Computational Physics, 2024 (MMCP2024) will be jointly organized by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, the A.I. Alikhanian National Science Laboratory, the Yerevan State University, and the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.

The conference MMCP 2024 is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of Academician Alexei Norairovich Sissakian (October 14, 1944 – May 1, 2010), an outstanding scientist in the field of elementary particle physics, theoretical and mathematical physics, director of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (2006–2010).

The conference is scheduled to take place at Yerevan State University from the October 21st to the 25th, 2024.

English will be the official language of the conference.

Publications:

The proceedings of the conference will be published in a special issue of Physics of Particles and Nuclei following the event. Manuscripts submitted for publication will undergo a peer-review process for acceptance.

Highly successful Proceedings of previous MMCP Conferences have been published at Springer (Vol. LNCS 7125 - 2012) and in the EPJ Web of Conferences (Vol. 226 - 2020, Vol. 173 - 2018, and Vol. 108 - 2016).

Important Deadlines:

Participant registration and abstract submission: September 1st, 2024

Conference Topics:

  • Mathematical methods and tools for modeling complex physical systems;
